The General Meeting is the supreme authority of Huazong and each member association sends 10 delegates to attend the General Meeting.



The Central Committee of Huazong consists of the Chairman or President of each member association and 21 ordinary members elected in the AGM.



In addition, the President may recommend not more than 9 members to the Central Committee. The Chairpersons of the Youth Section and the Women Section shall automatically be members of the Central Committee. The Central Committee shall consist of not more than 45 members.



Under the Central Committee, There are 10 Sub-Committees to carry out various duties and functions. The names of these Sub-Committees are as follows:

4. Huazong Cultural Consultative Committee

5. Publication Committee

6. Strategic Studies Committee

7. Economic Studies Committee

8. Cultural Committee
